Michael earned a B.A. in Economic Policy Analysis and an M.B.A in Finance and Information systems.  Michael is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker.

Michael has been in the customer service business since he was working his way through college.  Michael worked for a retail electronics store while earning his B.A.  While in Graduate school Michael participated in a "work study program" helping other students and Professors.

When he graduated from the M.B.A. program Michael began his 15 year carrier with a management company that provided non medical operating services to the long term care industry in the U.S. and Canada.  He was an area manager along the gulf coast in charge of customer relations and operations.

Michael next adventure was to work for an organization that managed the medical needs of critically ill and special needs children.  He provided support to employees, providers and Physicians.  This support was in the form of day to day operations and computer support (individual work stations and networking).

Michael is continuing to use his skills in customer service in providing excellent real estate advice to his clients and fellow realtors.
